When entering your problem description, it is best to be clear and concise. Your response will be better when the description does NOT include extraneous or unimportant facts. Here are some examples of GOOD problem descriptions.
If you have a question, ask it directly:
- Does the QX3 microscope work with a Macintosh* computer?
- Can I exit from the FunFair™ software in the middle of a game?
- Can I plug the microscope into a hub?
If you are getting an error, include the entire error message and the error number if there is one:
- I get the error "Your microscope is not plugged in. Please connect the microscope. (80)"
- During Setup I get an error "There is not enough space to install these options. Please free up some disk space or modify your selections."
If you have a symptom (but no error messages), make a statement about the problem, like this:
- The microscope software locks up when the clock is on the screen.
- The setup program locks up when I click next after accepting the license agreement.
- I can't hear any sound when I'm running the software.
